Psychic Abilities, Types & Symptoms

Every person has some degree of intuition and psychic powers. Intuition is an inner knowing or inner guidance system that can be communicated and expressed through a variety of psychic powers. Some people may be strongly gifted with one of these psychic powers, while others may have many psychic powers available to them. Some people only listen to their intuition on occasion, while others choose to fully develop their psychic powers in order to become professional psychics. When it comes to using psychic powers professionally, there are many areas of specialty or expertise.

Psychic Power is available to everyone who wants to work with it. The focus of psychic power is the development of one or more of the following senses: sight (clairvoyance), hearing (clairaudience) or touch (clairsentience). Through the development of our senses we strengthen our connection with the universal energy that is Spirit, and to the wisdom that Spirit brings to us. We experience psychic power all the time, without realizing it. We may call it intuition – knowledge that comes to us unbidden, or we may call it that “Aha!” moment. We may just call it a “gut feeling”. It is an energy that surrounds us all the time, and is easily tapped into.

Working with our psychic power opens up our minds, our hearts, and our lives. It connects us with our creative nature, and with the power of imagination. It allows us to work directly with Spirit to find and follow our path. By enhancing our senses, we reach out to a world beyond our physical world, to the world of spirit. We learn to see and interpret things from a broader perspective.

We learn to allow solutions to our problems to come to us, rather than having to work so hard to run after them and “make” them happen. When we open up the world of our senses, we leave behind the world of logic – which may have been acting to constrict us in the first place!

What Is Psychic Power?

Psychic power is the ability to know something without any logical connection or thought process. It can be a vibration that we feel; it can be a voice that we hear in our head; it can be an image that comes to us unbidden. It can come through our senses of touch, sight, or hearing, or it can come from what we call our "Sixth Sense," through our brow chakra. This is what some people term extra-sensory perception (ESP).

Why do we want to pay attention to the messages that come to us (whether they are auditory or visual images)? Because when we do this we align ourselves with our inner self, as well as with the larger energy of Spirit. We can speak with our Spirit Guides, with Angels and Archangels, we can receive information from them unbidden, or we can ask them questions and receive answers.

We can release the negativity from our life, and we can access our creativity and our imagination. We can take down the barriers that we have constructed through the use of logic, and see a much bigger picture of life. We can heal ourselves. Everyone and everything in the universe is connected. Every thought that we have, every action that we take, affects our world in more ways than we know. Using our psychic power allows us to feel empowered, to make informed decisions, and to take informed actions.

Pay attention to your dreams; pay attention to the images that come to you during waking hours; pay attention to your feelings. These messages are being given to you for a reason – use them wisely. Develop them, respect them, honor them, and your life will function at a level that you have never before experienced!

Types of Psychic Abilities

Generalized Descriptive Terms

Clairaudient – ability to hear beyond the physical hearing; such as voices, music and sounds.

Clairsentient – ability to feel or sense beyond the physical; such as gaining information through the five physical senses (heightened), intuition or ‘gut feelings’.

Clairvoyance – ability to see beyond the physical sight; could be in the form of telepathy, precognition. Can receive information in the form of symbols; mind pictures; overlays (example: seeing past and present at same time).

Psychic – a generalized, and often over-used, term; can refer to basically any psychic abilities.

Some of the More Common Psychic Abilities

Channeling – ability to communicate with non-physical energies, such as ‘masters’, angels, guides and other world beings.

Empath – ability to sense and/or feel others emotions, or residual emotions. For those empaths who are untrained, the emotions can feel like their own ad can be confusing. Public places and/or large crowds can be overwhelming.

The number of empaths on planet Earth are on the rise, and are usually coupled with one or more other abilities.

Far-See – ability to see far into the possible future (or past). This is closely related to the Probability ability.

Both abilities rely on the ability to foresee the most likely outcome based on the current energy patterns.

Far-See example: While driving, one can catch glimpses of the houses, buildings, landscape, etc. in the far future (or distant past).

Probability example: knowing what is going to happen shortly, based on the current energy patterns (closely related to Precognitive).

Healer – a very broad category. Healings can come in as many ways as the healers, themselves, develop. A word of caution to new healers: please never take others ailments into your own body.

Often beginner healers may start to see patterns during daily interactions. Friends and acquaintances may appear to feel better, cheerier, more up-beat or energetic when around you.

Some healers pray to heal. There are also: laying on of hands; visualization; manipulation of energy; auric healing (working on re-balancing the aura); chakra healers (re-balancing the seven primary physical energy vortices on the human body); Reiki, and much more.

Medium – ability to communicate with those who have crossed over (deceased). It can be getting messages from a deceased loved one or strangers.

Multi-talented Sensitive (my term) – one who has more than one working ability. A lot of people are now in the category, and it is growing.

Precognitive – ability to know things/events, etc. beforehand.

Premonition – ability to sense or feel an upcoming event – usually a ‘gut feeling’ about something. (Closely related to Precognitive.)

Psychometry – ability to touch an object, item or person and receive information. This information can be received in mind pictures (like still photos or short snippets of moving film); or sudden a knowing of information.

Telepathy – the ability to hear others thoughts, ideas, etc. (receiver) and/or send thoughts, ideas, etc. to others (sender). The ability to be both a sender and receiver is growing.

Tool Readers – ability to use a tool to provide a focus to access information about another. Examples can be (but not limited to): tarot cards, other card types, tea leaves, crystal ball, stones, minerals, ‘doodles’, etc.

10 Surprisingly Common Ways To Die In Your Sleep

Next to eating a healthy diet and getting enough exercise, getting adequate sleep is a staple cornerstone to a healthy life. But did you know that sleeping can also be dangerous?

There are actually a number of things that can go wrong when you close your eyes and slip into unconsciousness—and for some people, the danger is real enough that they never wake up again. In fact, according to an ancient Greek proverb, death and sleep are brothers . . . death being the perfect fulfillment of sleep and sleep being the imperfect embodiment of death.

Sleep has, for the most part, always been seen as a “passive” activity that our body performs on its own. But the truth is that our brain is actually quite active while we slumber. It is also true that there are many unanswered mysteries about sleep that modern scientists have yet to unravel.[1]

As it turns out, there are still some surprising (and somewhat scary) things going on when our conscious brains turn off and our bodies begin the sleeping state. And sometimes, the results can be completely terrifying.

10 Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Sudden cardiac arrest, also known as SCA, can occur when the sinoatrial node, which is the node in the heart that is essentially your body’s natural pacemaker, becomes impaired.[2] In other words, this condition occurs when the electrical systems of the heart malfunction. And in some cases, it is deadly within the first few minutes.

How does it kill? Well, it basically reduces blood flow to the brain. And the scariest part? Not only can it happen during sleep, but half of cases show no symptoms before the cardiac arrest occurs.

9 Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Carbon monoxide, or CO, is a colorless, odorless gas that can be lethal if too much of it is breathed into the lungs. It can be found in the fumes that come from running cars, stoves, grills, fireplaces, gas ranges, furnaces, and so on, and it can be almost impossible to detect unless a carbon monoxide detector is in use.

How does it kill? Basically, if enough of it builds up in a small enough space, breathing it in can become toxic. And if you inhale enough of it, just having it in your lungs can be enough to “seal the deal” in a very final way. If awake, the victim may experience symptoms like dizziness, weakness, a headache, or an upset stomach.

But what if it catches you while you’re asleep? Well, people who are sleeping often experience no symptoms, and they can die in their sleep before they even realize that it’s happening.[3]

8 Myocardial Infarction

A myocardial infarction, more commonly known as a heart attack, can happen during sleep, though thankfully, the odds are pretty good that this specific type of cardiac event will wake its victim up before it kills them.[4]

Heart attacks happen when blood flow to part of the heart gets blocked. This blockage can destroy part of the heart muscle.

How does it kill? If enough heart tissue gets damaged, the heart may not be strong enough to pump any blood out to the rest of the body. This can result in heart failure, which could be lethal if medical treatment isn’t obtained immediately.

Unfortunately, it isn’t usually possible for a heart attack victim to seek medical attention if they are asleep—and that is the part that’s terrifying.

7 Central Sleep Apnea

Central sleep apnea is basically a disorder that causes the sufferer’s breathing to stop and start repeatedly while they are unconscious. It happens when the brain doesn’t send the proper electrical signals to the muscles that control the breathing mechanisms during sleep and is believed to originate from a problem in the brain stem.

How does it kill? Basically, if the case of apnea is bad enough, hypoxemia may set in—which happens when oxygen levels in the body fall below those required for normal life function. This basically leads to oxygen deprivation.[5]

If the brain is not able to rouse the body in enough time to take a breath, the prognosis can be fatal!

6 Unexplained Nocturnal Death Syndrome

This is undoubtedly one of the more “mysterious” inclusions in our list.

Unexplained nocturnal death syndrome (SUNDS) was first reported in 1917. Since then, it has gained a pretty scary reputation in both textbooks and on the dark corners of the Internet. In the Philippines, they call it Bangungut, and in Hawaii, they call it Dream Disease.

The exact cause of death among those who die of SUNDS is actually still unclear, but the presentation always seems to be similar. It basically causes otherwise young, healthy individuals to die in their sleep for seemingly no reason.

How does it kill? Scientists still aren’t sure . . . but it tends to occur frequently in Southeast Asia, and researchers suspect a range of possible explanations, from malfunctions of the ion channel to ventricular fibrillation.[6]

5 Cerebral Aneurysm

A cerebral aneurysm, also known as a brain aneurysm, is basically a weak spot in the wall of a blood vessel in the brain. It is kind of like a thin balloonthat fills with blood. But over time, as the blood pumps through the artery, it continues to weaken and swell—and if the pressure increases too much, a rupture can occur.

How does it kill? When an aneurysm ruptures, the bleeding usually only lasts for a few seconds. But the blood causes damage to the surrounding brain cells and can increase the pressure inside the skull. If the pressure elevates too much, the condition can quickly turn fatal.[7]

4 Enterovirus D68

This is one of the more obscure entries on our list, but that makes it no less terrifying.

Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) is a type of non-polio enterovirus that was first identified back in 1962. But back in 2014, there was a huge increase in the number of reported cases, leaving researchers to wonder if the virus was going to become more predominant in coming years than they had expected.

The scary thing about EV-D68 is that while it usually causes mild to severe respiratory illness symptoms, it sometimes produces no symptoms at all. And yet, physicians are saying that the disease has the potential to be more dangerous than Ebola in the US.[8]

How does it kill? It can cause particularly severe respiratory problems, characterized by a high-pitched wheezing sound that has become a dreaded earmark of infection. It has also been associated with muscle weakness and spinal cord inflammation, which is perhaps even more terrifying than the wheezing.

Dying of an infection is not necessarily common, but sometimes, the symptoms are dangerous enough to kill—even if the victim is asleep.

3 Dry Drowning

Most of us are aware that you can drown in the water. This seems like a no-brainer. But a lot of people are not familiar at all with the term “dry drowning” and what it means.

And as it turns out, it is a pretty horrific way to die!

Basically, the idea behind this danger is that it is a type of drowning that can occur even after the victim has left the water. It is technically still drowning, but “dry drowning” is the term that has come to be used to describe it, though some doctors have argued for the dropping of said term.

It can occur when inhaled water, even just a drop or two, makes it past the throat and into the lungs. This usually causes symptoms, but they are sometimes mild and easy to miss.[9]

The scary thing is that this water can cause breathing problems that get worse over time. And in some cases, these breathing problems don’t strike until hours, or even days later—after the victim has fallen asleep. So-called “dry drowning” is actually pretty rare when you look at total deaths attributed to drowning, but this makes it no less disturbing.

How does it kill? It basically asphyxiates the victim—depriving them of oxygen until they suffocate.

2 The Widow Maker Heart Attack

While most heart attacks have a decent chance of waking their victims up before death occurs, the “widow maker” tends to be an exception. We have already mentioned heart attacks in general once on this list, but this particular type of infarction deserves its own spot.

Why? Because it is among the deadliest types of heart attacks that can occur. It happens when the left main artery, also known as the left anterior descending artery, gets blocked. A 100-percent blockage in this artery is almost always fatal without immediate emergency care—hence the nickname.[10]

How does it kill? Heart attacks with severe enough blockages result in damaged heart muscle. And if the muscle becomes too damaged to pump blood, the result can be fatal.

1O bstructive Sleep Apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a sleep disorder in which the victim repeatedly stops and starts their breathing process during sleep. OSA is by far the most common type of sleep apnea, and as it turns out, it is also probably the most likely reason that a person may die in their sleep.

This type of sleep apnea is literally caused by an obstruction that blocks the airway. This obstruction is usually caused by sagging throat muscles, though the muscles and tissues of the tongue, uvula, tonsils, and soft palate can all play a part. It is estimated that as many as 22 million Americans suffer from sleep apnea but that 80 percent of cases go undiagnosed—making it a true “silent killer” that many people remain unaware of.

How does it kill? People with OSA experience sudden drops in blood oxygen levels when they stop breathing . . . and if they are already at risk for a heart attack, stroke, or heart failure, then OSA can be the trigger that sets a sudden cardiac event into motion.

In such cases, death may occur before the victim even has a chance to wake up.

Can we remember our past lives in dreams?

Usually we associate with happiness, successes, dreams or with an impossible journey. Sometimes the dreams represent a different reality, wishes that we would like to see fulfilled. What no one can deny is that dreams are an integral part of the human experience, and studies have shown that all beings, including animals, dream. But, what are dreams? Why do we have them? And, the most mysterious of all, what do they mean?

Most of us can remember at least one dream. Even for those who are lucky to get a deep enough sleep state and which tend not to remember their dreams, sometimes they are tormented by dreams that makes them wake up suddenly. According to science, some research has shown that we dream several times during the night, even if we do not wake us enough to remember them. So, where do these dreams come from?

The simple answer is that there are material manifestations of our subconscious mind. Some experts in the field say that subconscious our potential is untapped as humans, including latent psychic abilities as telepathy, spiritual knowledge about the universe or forgotten memories (including the memories of past lives). It is here where we wanted to get, our dreams could conceal basic information about our past lives, the key to discover who we are and why we are here.

Have you ever had dreams about past lives?

Can we remember our past lives in dreams?

The dreams of past lives, also known as karmic dreams, can give us an indication of who you were in a past life and also of the certain skills or even the origin of certain inexplicable fears people, places or things. The dreams of past lives can appear many times during life and not change. We can dream of being in another time, dressed in old clothes or even speaking a different language. The sequence of events that take place do not change, and the dream is always the same. And if we can figure it out, we will be able to discover the origin of inexplicable fears, beliefs, and behaviors.

Then, how do I know if the dream is related to past lives?

There are several tracks, the most obvious are the details surrounding the dream. If you are dreaming that you're in another era riding or driving an old-timer in a place if identified, you may be experiencing a past life. The same happens with old fashion styles, landscapes, family members who do not recognise in this life, structures or objects that are not current. Other signals to keep in mind is that sometimes in the dream we are unaware of being ourselves or an ethnicity different from ours, that without doubt are a hallmark of be dreaming of a possible past life.

But experts point out that greater indicator lies in the emotions we feel while you are experiencing the dream. This does not mean that all dreams are not emotional, because they certainly are. In our dreams, our most hidden feelings there are to our attention, but the memory about past lives has a very specific emotional quality.

Whether our dreams to contain a memory of past or not lives, the most important is to focus on what they mean for us. As I mentioned earlier, they are a direct towards our interior line and tend to be related events or issues that they are happening (or are about to happen) in our current lives. They emerge to educate us about a truth that we cannot see, helps us to make decisions, and resolve our issues in a better way. This is exactly the same purpose as for the past lives, which not to inquire into our inner minds and discover our true goals in life.

Recurring dreams

As discussed previously, if you experience repeated dreams, you will have to pay attention to all the details. Sometimes these dreams point to karmic situations that you might have experienced before. Even, sometimes dreams can provide us with clues about some event lived in the past. Experts in the field believe that the most common reasons to explain dreams k rmicos, is because they still have the burden of past distressing situations. As in the case of a positive or negative situation, anyone who has experienced this feeling must "collect" all possible information in order to solve future experiences. It is for this reason that should pay careful attention to the symbols, signs, meanings and deeper keys.

But it is also important to rely on own intuition, and if not possible would be necessary to request the help of a professional to guide you through these dreams. Our recommendation is to request the help of experts such as Elise Defer, who voluntarily can help a person to recognize the dreams of his past life, as well as the way in which can affect you today.

So, how can we know the meaning of our dreams?

In general, the dreams end up being chaotic images caused by something happened before falling asleep. But the reality is that dreams are, literally, messages transmitted to people. We encourage everyone to write all his dreams since it will help you in the ability to remember the dream the next day.

This practice helps to establish a powerful intention that dreams help us as we work hard to explore the life and meet the challenges. And naturally, we will take awareness of past lives and how they relate to our everyday life, as well as the ability to tune into our own prophetic powers as we walk through the symbolism of discover the future. So now, sleep well and dream, since you never know what you will discover. Are you ready to learn about dreaming with your past lives

10 People Who Claim To Have Had Sex With Aliens

There are many people who claim to have gotten in contact with aliens and their numbers are increasing. But the people who are included in our list are probably the most outstanding because what they're saying is beyond our imagination.

David Huggins

It’s not the kind of close encounter many people discuss, but one New Jersey-based artist says he feels better when he paints his sexual experiences with aliens. “I lost my virginity to an extraterrestrial woman,” David Huggins says in the trailer for a forthcoming documentary about his life and work, “Love and Saucers.” “It was just a relief to get the images on canvas,” the 70-year-old artist says. Huggins, who lives in Hoboken, says the abductions began when he was 8 years old and have continued throughout his life. When he was 17, he says he began having sexual encounters with a female alien named Crescent.

Suzanne Brown

Suzanne Brown

A businesswoman living in Cheshire England, Suzanna Brown has a bit darker story. What she went through isn't romantic at all. It was done by force. She claimed in a magazine that between 1965-1989, she was forced to have sex with a 1.50 cm tall, blond alien whose name is Myriko.Peter Khoury

Peter Khoury

Peter and Vivian had their first UFO experiences in February 1988 - a simple sighting of unusual moving lights. But in July of that year, Peter had a deeply disturbing, consciously remembered contact experience that, he says, changed his life. While lying on his bed, he felt something grab his ankles. He suddenly felt numb and paralyzed, but remained conscious. Then he noticed three or four small hooded figures alongside the bed. He experienced telepathic communication with one or more of these beings; he was told to relax and not be afraid because "it would be like last time." He then saw that they were about to insert a long needle into the side of his head, whereupon he blacked out.

Stephany Fay Cohen

Stephany Fay Cohen

A psychic who claims to have sex with aliens who sneak into her room while she sleeps appeared on live TV to discuss the 'out-of-this-world orgasms' she has with 'octopus men and cat people'. Stephany Fay Cohen discussed her adult adventures with Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield on This Morning, as part of a week of features celebrating the supernatural. Cohen even drew pictures of both the UFO she travels in with her 'spirit guides', and a Grey, one race of alien with whom she interacts.

Jose Inacio Alvaro

On March 3, 1978, in the small hours of the morning, eighteen-year-old Jose Inacio Alvaro, studying to be an electrician at a vo-tech in the Brazilian town of Pelotas, noticed a strange glow pouring in through one of the windows of his house. Alvaro, who had been up at that late hour studying, felt an unusual torpor seize him at the very moment that a thin blue beam appeared out of the light. The next thing he remembered was waking up on the street at a considerable distance from his home. Casting a frightened look at his wristwatch, Jose Inacio realized the time was now four o'clock in the morning: he had no recollection of what events had transpired in the intervening two hours.

Pamela Stonebrooke

Not only has Pamela Stonebrook seen an alien, she's coupled with one. The 52-year-old jazz singer featured on the Discovery Channel's "World's Strangest UFO Stories," claimed to have had mind-blowing sex with a six-foot tall reptilian alien for three years. "My first sexual encounter with an alien was unlike any love-making I've experienced before, she told The Sun UK. "It was so intense and enjoyable and, without wanting to get too graphic, he was so much larger than most men. I remember exactly how I felt when I saw him for the first time.''

Elizabeth Klarer

Elizabeth Klarer

In the mid-1950s, Klarer spotted more UFOs and reported that she was in telepathic contact with a pilot named Akon. Akon and his co-pilot, both of whom were astrophysicists, eventually let Klarer board their spaceship. They told her that they came from Meton, a planet in the galaxy of Alpha Centauri. Klarer became friends with the aliens, and they continued making visits to her. After a time, Klarer felt a great attraction toward Akon, and doubtlessly unable to resist the opportunity of kinky intergalactic space sex with an attractive extraterrestrial species, took him as a lover and became pregnant. Akon then took her to live on Meton, where she gave birth to a hybrid son the couple named Ayling.

Meng Zhaoguo

Meng Zhaoguo

She was 3 meters tall, and had 12 fingers and braided leg hair - and she wanted to make love with him, Meng Zhaoguo says. So the farmer from Heilong- jiang and the robust extra-terrestrial seductress had intimate moments - while levitating - for about 40 minutes, claims Meng, who is the protagonist of what is perhaps China's best-known alien abduction report. Meng says he was working outside in Heilongjiang's Wuchang in 1994, when he saw a metallic shimmering on a mountainside. He went to investigate, believing it was likely a downed helicopter, when he blacked out. When he came to, he was confused and unable to communicate with other people. He had also developed an extreme fear of anything made of iron. Later that night, the female humanoid visited him, he says. "I didn't believe in aliens before I actually met them," he tells China Daily. "Seeing is believing. We cannot explain UFOs and aliens because our technology isn't advanced enough. But that doesn't mean such things don't exist."

Antonio Villas Boas

Antonio Villas Boas

Antonio was ploughing a field on the family farm when the engine of his tractor cut out; at the same time, an object with purple lights descended from the sky. Humanoids in spacesuits emerged from the object and took him into their craft, subjecting him to what seemed like a medical examination. They stripped him, spread a strange liquid over him and took a sample of his blood. He was left alone in a room for what seemed a long time, until a beautiful, fair-haired woman arrived. She was naked and Antonio was instantly attracted to her. Without speaking or kissing, they had sex, during which she growled like a dog. Despite his strange circumstances or perhaps because the alien liquid had Viagra-like properties, Antonio was soon ready for a second helping.

Simon Parkes

Simon Parkes

Simon Parkes then described losing his virginity to one of the aliens in 1965, when he was five or six years old. He said: 'It was a holographic sexual experience so I didn't exactly lose my virginity... it was using much more advanced technology than anything we have on Earth, or anything the army thinks they have. To aliens it's not about age, it's about experience and souls.'

Aware that 'some people can't handle the truth,' Simon Parkes suggested that anyone who felt he was unsuitable for the role of Councillor in Whitby instead 'vent your angry spleen on those members of parliament who stole money, who defrauded the country, who got others to take penalty points for them, on those great tycoons and bankers who nearly destroyed Britain.'

How To Find Your Animal Totem

The phrase “animal totem” literally means a symbolic representation of your animal guide; such as a crest, a totem pole, an emblem, a small figurine, or anything else that depicts your animal guide. A totem could be symbolic for a whole tribe, clan or family – or just an individual. However, the phrase “animal totem” also means “animal guide”, receiving spiritual assistance from an animal.

Shamans throughout the world have relied on the guidance and wisdom of spirit animals for thousands of years. Totems have been used in shamanistic practice as far back as human history stretches, it is one of the oldest forms of magick in the world. Hunters would paint the form of their prey on walls during ceremonies to bless the coming hunt with good fortune, and to acknowledge, bless and thank the spirit of the animal, as well as even ask for its assistance from the spiritual world. Many ancient tribes revered certain animals for their particular characteristics. Animals are embroiled deeply in all the ancient religions, and were often deified.

In simple terms, your animal guide instructs you, protects you and teaches you important lessons as you navigate your spiritual and physical life. They also help us reconnect with our earth roots, reminding us that everything is interconnected and we are all part of the same cycle of life. This knowledge is the most important and powerful truth that we can hold. Working with animal totems is a form of medicine in the Native American Indian tradition.  Animals that call to you in a particular way are calling to you in the way of power. They carry special medicine for you, and may well call to you through your dreams once you start learning about them. In learning to call on the medicine of any person, creature or natural force, one must maintain an attitude of reverence and be willing to accept help. This power is truly at its most effective when used from a space of unity – of each being having within itself a part of all other beings, the law of oneness.

Do We have more than One Animal Totem?

Because our personalities, just like Mother Earth, just like Creator, have many facets, we usually experience more than one totem animal in our lives. Various traditions have differing teachings on whether there is a specific number of totems we experience. The Native American tradition, for one, teaches that we are each connected with nine different animals that accompany us through life as our guides (more on this further down).

We experience the wisdom and assistance of these different animal guides as they come into and out of our lives throughout our journey. They join us during new tasks, changes in direction, lessons to be learnt, and all events involving spiritual growth including simply bettering ourselves in day to day living. Bear in mind that as old totems exit our life, so new totems arrive, and this is the way it must be in order to continue growing and learning. Remember to always give thanks and blessings to a departing or departed totem, when you become aware that its energy is moving away from you.

Despite the changing nature of life and our totems, most traditions agree that we usually experience at least one animal guide who stays with us for our whole life, in the spiritual world and often in physical manifestations. This animal acts as our main guardian spirit (Life Totem). You share a connection with this animal that will show itself in shared characteristics, your dreams, various interactions, and an ongoing interest in the animal throughout your life. This animal guide offers power and wisdom to you, and as you learn to communicate with it, a relationship of respect and trust will develop and deepen. It is with you to assist you in your soul’s purpose in life during this manifestation.

How To Find Your Animal Totem

When you find an animal is speaking strongly to you, that you feel drawn to it, or you find it keeps cropping up (e.g. you see a poster of an eagle, then hear a song about an eagle on the radio, then look out your window to see an eagle fly past), you need to acknowledge and open yourself to it. You can do this very simply by placing pictures or totems (statues/crests etc) in your environment, and learning more about the animal. This will assist your subconscious in being more open to the energy of the totem, and thus allow messages and wisdom to flow to you from your animal more easily, as well as encouraging the energy of the animal to be welcome in your space.

There are several questions you can meditate on if you have not become aware of your animal totem/s yet. Remember that you cannot be wrong! Just trust your intuition and relax as you contemplate the answers:

1- What animal, bird or insect do you feel most drawn to?

2- When you go to a nature reserve, park or zoo, what animal are you most interested in seeing?

3- What animal do you most often see (in nature and in your ordinary surroundings – contemplate any interaction, whether images, sounds, or the actual animal)?

4- What animal are you currently interested in learning more about?

5- What animal most frightens you, intrigues you, or makes you feel “out of your comfort zone”?

6- Have you ever been bitten, scratched or attacked by an animal?

7- Do you ever have recurring dreams about a particular animal?

8- Are you drawn to figurines or pictures of a specific animal?

More exercises to try:

1- Make a list of animals that have drawn your interest or have left a deep impression on you from paintings, photographs, stories, movies, carvings, etc. This will help you identify what animal/s has/have played a meaningful part in your world.

2- Keep a journal of the animals present in your dreams or that you encounter through the day for the next month. How did the animal behave? Did you interact with the animal? This will help you identify which animal shows up in your life most frequently.

3- Find a place where you can be alone to meditate. Sit quietly and ask your animal to make its nature known to you. Feel free to use tools such as incense, smudge, and candles to help you. A particularly helpful meditation is picturing yourself standing in the middle of a large forest glade, with a river and/or lake, or perhaps a cove by the sea. Ask your guide to come to you, as you walk in the surroundings.

DIFFERENT TRADITIONS:

As already discussed, different traditions vary on the specifics when it comes to the exact number of totem animals you work with, and what they are called. Below I list two DIFFERENT views – the point is to do your own research and go with what suits YOU. It’s a personal choice based on what you resonate with.

View One – Types of Totems:

# Life Totem
Your Life Totem animal is the first totem you should connect with, intuitively, once your understand its significance.  Your Life Totem animal is with you throughout your entire incarnation, and is always there for you when you need its abilities. It is possible to have more than one Life Totem animal that join you during your journey.

# Primary Life Totem
Your Primary Life Totem represents your key focus at this time – that which you are currently working on, learning, developing. The messages brought to you by your Primary Life Totem are important reminders from the Universe about your present purpose on Earth, and your inner spiritual nature.

# Journey Totem
You Journey Totem animal is with you for a specific period of time – whether that be weeks, months or even years, depending on how long it takes you to walk the path and learn the lesson/s that your Journey Totem animal is guiding and assisting you with. You may experience several Journey Totem animals appearing in your life more commonly than all the others, as if by coincidence. When two or three animals suddenly make an appearance in your life, and they share a similar nature, it means that you have established the basis of your path.

# Message Totem
A Message Totem arrives suddenly, neutrally, and at random times throughout your life (or maybe even only once). A Journey Totem, in contrast, stays a little longer and tends to slip in and out of your life over a period of time. The Message Totem brings a powerful message of self growth and spiritual awakening – a sudden step forward. The experience will stand out as unique.

# Shadow Totem
A Shadow Totem animal is one of a number of totems sent to us to test us, and will be the one that you initially fear. The Shadow Totem represents your inner fears and weaknesses that you need to overcome. Once you are able to see the fascination or attraction in a previously feared, ‘dangerous’ animal, you have succeeded in learning its lesson, and its power and strength will be open to you. For this reason, facing the fears that the Shadow Totem brings out in you can result in major spiritual growth. Failing to face your fears could result in the Shadow Totem being unable to assist you, and in fact force it to work against your life, holding you back from enlightenment.

# Spirit Totem
A Spirit Totem is what a Shadow Totem becomes in your life once you have overcome your fear. It is one of your most powerful Animal Totems.

View Two – The Native American Indian Nine Totems:

Each and every person has nine power animals that represent the medicine they carry on this journey/lifetime. For example, a person who is connected with Wolf is a born teacher, pathfinder, innovator and self-starter. If they are not living their truth/not walking their true path, you may find they emulate the opposite of these qualities. The number nine is based on the concept that we are born on Earth with seven directions: East, South, West, North, Above, Below and Within (which they teach  is inside us AND around us since the entire Universe is inside our consciousness). We have a totem animal in each of the seven directions to teach us the lessons of these directions. The other two animals are the ones that walk on either side of us at all times. We may experience them in recurring dreams, a fascination with them throughout our lives, or simply a recognized “connection”.

What is Animal Medicine?

In this context, the word “medicine” must be redefined. Medicine is a Native American Indian concept which refers to anything that improves one’s connection to Creator/Great Spirit/The Great Mystery, and all life. This includes physical healing, mind healing and spirit healing. It also encompasses anything that increases or brings about growth in personal power, strength and understanding. It is a way of living that brings healing to Mother Earth and all life forms. Therefore, in essence, Native American medicine means a way of life – walking on Earth in perfect harmony with the Universe.

Animals’ characteristics, behaviours, patterns and even their very appearances, relay messages to us – we just need to learn the language. This is an ancient form of “reading the wyrd”, the way the world worked before technology made us blind and deaf to the natural world around us. This precious information, and gifts of healing, are completely free to us.

When you call on the power or energy of a specific animal, you are asking to be drawn into complete harmony with the strength of its essence. All understanding that we gain, all wisdom that we collect through these valuable interactions with our animal brothers and sisters, is a healing process, and must be approached with both humility and intuitiveness. Certain aspects of the lessons the animals choose to teach us are reflections of our soul lessons. These are essential truths about being human, being vulnerable, and seeking wholeness with all that is. They are a part of the pathway to power. The power lies in the wisdom and understanding of your role in the Great Mystery, and in honouring every living thing as a teacher.

Learning to interact with the Animal Kingdom in this way is about reactivating your instinctual intuitiveness, remembering your innate knowledge of natural truths, learning how to relate to all of the Great Mystery’s creatures, and how to “observe the obvious in the silence”.

Paradoxical Ascension Symptoms — Am I Going Crazy?

As we move ever-more deeply into the Ascension process that is unfolding everywhere now, many of us are at times experiencing increasingly intense Ascension symptoms.

Some people I know are having serious physical symptoms, exacerbated symptoms they’ve either chronically had or those they’ve had in the past but thought they’d already healed from.

Others are experiencing a lot of emotionally-charged situations — again in a heightened form and also with a feeling that they’re in a repeat experience of something they went through in the past.

Fear, anger, emptiness and despair waft in and out, causing a puzzling disruption in their lives.

Releasing 3D “Baggage”

It can be confusing and even frightening to be having these experiences if we don’t understand what’s going on.

But it can make sense if we understand that we are now moving into times in which all our 3D “baggage” truly needs to be revealed to us so it may be recognized and released, because it cannot go with us into the Fifth Dimension.

Many of us have been experiencing physical and emotional symptoms for a while now that we know are the results of the rapid awakening process taking place in us during these times.

Some of us have experienced huge loss in our lives — in our relationships, our work, our interests and passions, and in our identity.

We may make the mistake of thinking all the most difficult aspects of it are now over and that we’ve come out the other side.

In some cases, this may be true. But for many of us, we’re realizing we’ve perhaps gone through a lot so far and learned to navigate into new territory with trust and gratitude — but there is still further to go.

Deeper issues are now arising out of our unconscious — issues we not only developed in this lifetime but in former ones, as well.

And these issues are now playing out in our lives, both physically and emotionally, bringing us at times to ever-new levels of loss and uncertainty.

For those of us experiencing this, it’s truly a time for grit and perseverance. We need to just keep going on, going on. And trust that at some point “Ascension Clean-out” will have completed itself.

Paradoxical Ascension Symptoms

But what’s really interesting is that most of us experiencing this intense clean-out and releasing are also having some of the most profound awakening experiences of our lives.

I hear reports from people I work with who are grappling with really intense situations in their lives — but who are also sharing with me incredible insights, realizations and deep spiritual awakening experiences they’re having.

These experiences are filled with deep joy and a peace they’ve never known before. They often offer an opening into a whole new chapter of their life in which a much greater freedom can already be felt.

What can get very confusing — and at times amusing — is that these two kinds of paradoxical experiences can actually be happening at the same time.

Someone can be in excruciating pain, either physically or emotionally; and right along side of that they’re in tremulous joy about a new spiritual opening they’ve just experienced. It can be positively crazy-making!

Ascension is Both a Death and a Birth

It all can make sense if we realize that Ascension is about shifting into higher consciousness, yes — but it’s also about having to let go of the old consciousness we’ve lived with all our lives, and indeed for many eons of time while living the Third Dimension.

For this reason, the whole process can very easily produce paradoxical experiences.

It’s no longer a matter of slowly waking up to our spiritual natures and gradually laying aside old patterns and beliefs of who we think we are.

The awakening process taking place in each of us — especially those of us on the “front lines”, so to speak, of the Ascension transition — is an unusually rapid one, so the “birthing” Ascension symptomsand the “dying” symptoms can be happening all at once.

The key, of course, is not to put a whole lot of focus on what is leaving and those aspects of ourselves that are dying.

If we engage with these negative experiences that are up for releasing — if we resist them, judge ourselves for feeling them, or try to over-analyze them — this will halt the releasing process.

We need to be aware of them, acknowledge them and accept them being in our space for the time-being; but it’s important to stay neutral about them and not give them energy.

Keep Focused on the New Awakening

Instead, it’s much more effective to pay attention to the experiences we are having of greater awakening, freedom and joy.

It’s important to remember that what we place our attention on and continue focusing on is what we will continue to create in our lives.

So staying focused on the new joy and freedom coming into our lives is what will not only bring in more of the same — it will also help the old to evaporate and release from our lives.

The “dying” Ascension symptoms are certainly not much fun to experience. But if we can trust that they will be temporary, that they are simply up for releasing, it can be a lot easier.

And when we take in the longer view of where we are going and what is unfolding in front of us — truly, is there anything more exciting that could be happening?

25 Essential Things You Should Learn If You Want To Be Successful

“The future belongs to those who learn more skills and combine them in creative ways.” ― Robert Greene, Mastery

Super Mario. The crazy little Italian-American plumber that shaped my childhood.

I used to spend hours and hours sitting in front of my TV, helping that little guy save his pixelated princess from the bad guys.

In case you played it, you might have noticed that it’s challenging to advance from one level to another if you don’t collect mushrooms that make you bigger and give you the ability to throw fireballs.

Life is like a game. Like a Super Mario game.

But in life, you are the character, and you need to find your own “mushrooms” that help you grow and excel. The trick is that they aren’t identically shaped and available in the same familiar places every time.

Your mushroom could be anything that helps you evolve as a person.

Your starting point doesn’t matter. What matters is that you have 24 hours in front of you and you need to use them in the best possible way.

But you have to keep one thing in mind:

The world is shifting and evolving rapidly. And if you are not changing or evolving with the times, there’s a pretty good chance that you’re stagnating, or merely going backward.

The good news is, for those who attempt to reach their maximum, the rewards are enormous.

The only problem is that ever since we were young, more attention was placed on knowing that mitochondria is a powerhouse of the cell, which didn’t help much in our adult life.

It’s never too late, so here’s a list of 25 essential how-to’s that will help you be more successful and grow exponentially.

1. How to Develop Self-Awareness

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

― C.G. Jung

To be “awakened,” you have to understand your life story and which events shaped you into the person you are today?

Gaining clarity on these crucial moments will help you learn more about yourself and why you behave in a certain way.

This will also help you find out when your core strengths came to life and how you can use them to grow as a person.

Not only that, but it will help you gain clarity on what direction in life you want to take.

2. How to Create a Personal Philosophy

“Your Personal philosophy is the greatest determining factor in how your life works out.” — Jim Rohn

We, humans, have some rules and norms that we grew up with. But as you gain self-awareness, you need to start relying more on your internal compass.

In the backstage of merely “feeling” that something is right or not, there is a conscious evaluation of your situation according to your values and previous experiences.

That’s why it’s essential to determine your values and beliefs toward the world, not only to understand how you make decisions but also use them to guide your life.

3. How to Create Your Vocation

I don’t think we are all placed on Earth with a purpose.

But, I do believe that throughout the life, we discover what we are good at and what we love to do.

If you are willing to put some effort into it, you can combine these two and find an opportunity out there, that will allow you to both enjoy something, and accomplish success.

So, vocation consists out of:

  • Your Talents — what are you good at?
  • Your Passions — what do you love to do?
  • World Opportunities — what opportunities are out there for you to take or create?

Play around, experiment, and you will be able to find yours. But understand that this is a never-ending process.

4. How to Set Goals

Goals work like a lens of a camera.

If you set the focus correctly, you will be able to take a clear picture.

If it is out of focus, your picture will be blurry.

That’s why:

“I want to lose 4 pounds (2 kg) of fat by June 15th.”

is far better goal than: “I want to lose weight.”

Even though it is positive, it’s not specific and focused.

All you need to do is set the goals that will indeed make the difference in your life and go one day at the time.

5. How to Visualize Your Path

“I keep having vivid dreams of success. Then it’s time to sleep.” — Connor McGregor

Goal-setting is something your “conscious brain” can do.

The conscious brain is great at imagining things and thinking them through, but it’s next to useless when it comes to getting things done because it is easily distracted.

The subconscious mind sees a complete picture of everything happening all at once and is aware of the input coming from all of your senses at every moment.

These two work hand in hand to help you out.

By adding details, a clear path, and emotion of how it would feel if you already achieved it, you trick your mind into believing that it is already capable of achieving it.

But, remember, visualization is one side of the coin.

Hard work and dedication is the other side.

6. How to Form and Break Habits

“I will form good habits and become their slave.” — Og Mandino

Just like math, we tend to have a negative connotation towards habits.

Because of that, it’s better to think of them as rituals or routines.

Define what your most essential habits are, something that will affect each area of your life (i.e., healthy diet & exercise).

Then start implementing one by one, as if they are part of who you are, and not something you have to do.

There is a big difference between wanting a summer body and exercising because that’s who you are.

It’s not easy; it will take some practice until you change your perception and start thinking this way.

But start small and start with one habit at a time.

7. How to Create a Healthy Regimen

If you want to achieve anything in life, everything starts here.

First you have to take care of your health, and there are only two things you need to keep in mind:

  1. Healthy Diet
  2. Physical Activity

Your job is to find the right diet to get you to your ideal weight, and then learn how to maintain it.

While at the same time you should find the right physical activity to supplement your diet, and then fall in love with it.

Remember, the goal is to do this for life, because remaining healthy is something you are, not something you do.

8. How to Accelerate Your Learning

Everything we are and everything we’ve achieved thus far is because of our ability to learn.

People that operate on a high level, they are nothing more than extremely efficient at acquiring new skills and implementing them in their areas of focus.

The best way to accelerate your learning is to make it supplementary.

Learning is just a HOW-TO for accomplishing your goals.

Why?

Well, your goals are nothing more than activities you need to do. If you want to know how to perform those activities, you need skills.

All you need to do is define what goals you want to achieve, and what skills you need to acquire to make it easier.

9. How to Intentionally Consume Information

As I mentioned earlier, we are often over-cluttered with information, especially on what Kardashians have been up to recently.

Btw, did you know that Kylie is pregnant?!!

You get what I am saying?

Everywhere you go, you have information that is distracting you from the things you need to do, and things that you want to do.

So make sure to control how you search and use information.

Otherwise, you will wake up 3 hours later on Youtube watching a random cat video that has no use for your life.

10. How to Read Better

Everyone is focused on the idea of becoming a faster reader, while there are so many tips you should focus on, to become a better reader.

When I say that I mean being able to apply what you have read, not just forget it or store it in the back of your head.

To become a better reader, you need to approach reading anything with a specific intent.

By defining your goals (personal or professional gain), establishing one thing that you are trying to get out of a book (or an article), and skimming through the table of contents and taking notes, you will be able to retain much more information than you ever thought possible.

11. How to Focus

Every person has something that can get them in the ZONE.

Oh man, when you’re there. Nothing exists.

Just you and your goal.

What majority of people seem to miss, is that this state is something you can learn to trigger on command. But first, you need to look back.

To determine how you’ve entered a state of flow before, just ask yourself a question:

When is the last time I was so deeply focused on what was in front of me?

Once you find specific activity. Ask yourself the following question:

Why was I so deeply focused? What helped me be that immersed?

For me, it takes playing good music on headphones and a goal I deeply care about to be fully immersed.

12. How to Be Productive

Maybe I have a professional deformation, but I profoundly believe that this skill is the most crucial of all.

“Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years.” – Bill Gates

Since the time you have is your most valuable resource, you need to learn how to use it in the best possible way.

To do that, you need to answer two questions:

1. What do I want to achieve in life?

2. How do I need to use my time to accomplish that?

You need to pay attention and figure out how you can get more time in your life, and use it in a better way.

One of the easiest ways to become better at this is to go one day at the time.

13. How to Be a Better Decision Maker

“The more decisions you make, the better you’ll become at making them. Muscles get stronger with use, and so it is with your decision-making muscles.” – Tony Robbins

The reality is not every decision you make will be a good one, but that should never stop you from taking action.

That’s why you should use your critical thinking skills to evaluate and analyze the situation you are in. Now you can be sure that every decision is heading on the right path.

Even if you make a mistake, draw a learning point out of it and use it for the next step.

You will become wiser on every step.

14. How to Manage Stress

To manage stress, you need to discover the sources of it.

Ask yourself a question:

“What are the most common and repetitive sources of my frustrations?”

Once you discover them, the next thing to do is to create strategies to deal with them.

  1. Long-term strategy — this strategy should be done upfront, in a way that allows you to organize yourself so you can minimize or eliminate previously mentioned sources (i.e. if you constantly get stressed about traffic on your way to work, find a way to fix it)
  2. Short-term strategy — it often happens that something unexpected arises that is out of your control, that’s why you need to have a list of possible activities you can do, to relax and reduce the overwhelm on the spot (i.e. your colleague pisses you off > immediately you stop talking, breathe and take a walk, or play your favorite music)

This approach will not only make you better at managing stress, but it will also help you be more problem solving oriented, because you will be able to pinpoint causes faster and relax much easier to focus on solutions.

15. How to Meditate

You are always on the move.

So much so that it feels weird if you stop and do nothing.

“You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes every day — unless you’re too busy. Then you should sit for an hour.” -Zen proverb

Because of this, it’s important to teach yourself how to make a pause in your day and life so that you could ground and calibrate yourself.

Meditation is one of the simple ways you can achieve this. And even though everyone seems to suggest another way of meditating, I suggest you follow one rule.

Do whatever suits you.

If you want to sit down for 2 minutes and breathe, do that. If you want to lie down for 15 minutes and think, do that. Just find something that suits you and try it.

16. How to Be Alone

“The person that you will spend the most time within your life is yourself, so better try to make yourself as interesting as possible.” — Unknown

Ever since you were born, you’ve been surrounded by people.

Because of that, we are not accustomed to moments when we are alone for a couple of hours, without human interaction.

In these rare moments, just try to be present and reflect on your inner thoughts.

You will be amazed, how much you will learn about yourself and how much it will help you crystallize certain things.

17. How to Be Creative

“Don’t die with your music still in you.” – Wayne Dyer

The majority of people don’t consider themselves traditionally creative.

However, I’ve come to realize that some people are different in non-traditional ways, and that if you experiment enough, you can learn to unleash your specific way of creativity.

The first step is to look back and see if you can find some pattern when your creativity was useful and when you did something and amazed not only yourself, but everyone else present.

18. How to Write for Pleasure

There’s a lot of incredible ideas just waiting to be materialized through the ink, or a keyboard. All you have to do is start.

You don’t have to become an author.

But just create a ritual out of putting your thoughts on a piece of paper. This will help you in more ways than one, and it will contribute a lot to understanding yourself better.

19. How to Tell a Story

This is probably one of the most useful skills you can ever develop.

You don’t have to be a professional storyteller, but you do need to learn how to get your ideas out there, and to do so in an interesting way.

There are some tips for this, but the golden rule is:

“People never know what you will say when you start speaking.”

So go on, tell a story or share an idea.

You never know how it can change someone’s life.

20. How to Communicate with Other People

I hate chit-chat.

Nothing drains my energy like talking about the weather. And I know I’m not the only one who thinks this way.

So I decided to do something about it and created a sort of “How-To Guide for Creating Unforgettable Conversations.”

There are two parts to this:

What YOU are saying and what THEY are saying.

First, we will focus on what you are trying to say.

There are three important things here:

  • Message — What is the one specific message you are trying to transfer
  • Sequence — How do you want to present your message?
  • Emotion — What emotion do you want to leave your conversation partner with?

Even though I’ve covered what you will say first, I am sorry to disappoint you–it’s not the most important part.

The quality of your conversations depends on how well you can listen to your conversation partner and respond accordingly.

So let’s cover the second part: what are they trying to tell you.

Again, three important things here:

  • Story — What significant events happened in that person’s life that shaped them or lead them to engage in their career?
  • Next Chapter — What is the next step in their life? What is something they aspire to do?
  • Message — What message are they trying to transfer to you?

This might be a bit overwhelming. But just start simple, and it will become natural over time.

21. How to Be Persuasive (aka Sell)

Whether you like it or not, your success in your personal and professional life highly depends on your ability to sell yourself, your ideas, products or services.

The primary purpose of persuasiveness is to place the other person in agreement with your point of view. Without being a jerk in the process.

You will go a long way if you abide by the following: remain calm, strive for a win-win, and be sure to express the needs and benefits of the other party.

Remember that 90% of the quarrels erupt due to a wrong tone of voice.

Only 10% of the quarrels are due to differences in opinion.

22. How to Say NO

“He who would accomplish little must sacrifice little; he who would achieve much must sacrifice much; he who would attain highly must sacrifice greatly.” — James Allen

How many times you’ve said yes to something (an event or gathering), even though you’ve seen no value in it?

Exactly.

That’s why you need to reframe the act of saying NO like this:

“You are not saying NO to others; you are saying YES to yourself and things that are important to you.”

The point is not to ever feel guilt-tripped into doing something you don’t want to do. Especially if it goes against your values, or if it doesn’t support your goals.

Always choose to focus on doing something you love.

23. How to Develop a Personal Brand

You are always telling a story of your life, through the things you choose to focus on a daily basis.

That’s why you need to think of yourself as a market niche.

There will be a lot of people who like that niche, and there will be individuals who don’t. And no matter what you do, you won’t be able to make the entire market like you.

This is entirely natural, and there’s no need to justify yourself.

The only thing you can do is to remain authentic, improve and provide value every day — while continuing to tell your story.

24. How to Create (and maintain) a Right Network of People

You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” ― Jim Rohn

Building a network is trying to find inspiring people that share the same values, beliefs, and interests as you do.

Where you can provide value to them and they can return the favor (value can be even food for thought).

The majority of success and happiness comes from interacting and working with amazing people that drive you to achieve more personally and professionally, and vice-versa.

25. How to Make Money Work for You

Earning money only to save it is like acquiring a skill, only to leave it in the back of your head for the next 20 years.

That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t save, but it means that you shouldn’t only save.

Always be on a lookout for another source of income (ideally passive one), and investment opportunities — something that has a high chance to give a good return on investment.

Start small, and experiment.

Final Takeaway

Oh man, that was long.

If you are reading this, congratulations!

You must be wondering where you should begin?

Well, just pick one and start.

Some of these can be learned within several hours, while some require more than that.

But, you have to know that learning even one of these skills can help you grow exponentially and give you incredible results in every area of your life.
